ripperdoc's clinic

A schizofrenic braindump, a stream of cyberpunk, post-cyberpunk, neopunk, futurism and sci-fi items, inspiration for my writing and game design. Usually managed by my trusty auto-posting AI residing in a possum-brain in my kitchen sink.

Go ahead and inject into my brainfeed via Twitter or Tumblr submit. Aslo, go ahead and challenge my AI with a question (warning, it bites).

You don’t fuck with the Night City Police Department

Unless you’ve got subdermal armor plating and they’re using frangible rounds.

Deactivated Dan Wesson PPC Revolver .357/.44

Fitted with adjustable sights and ergonomically designed pistol grip this would have been a very accurate weapon. The weight of the solid steel around the barrel would have prevented, or at least lessened the muzzle lift and increased accuracy.

One of my top 3 all time favorite pistols. Ridiculously awesome firearm.
She’s a beaut.

I hate that like 90% of pictures of this gun online are deactivated… I once went on a search to try to buy one and the only one I could find was in England and you guessed it deactivated….those bastards.

JEsus H. Christ!  This looks like the thing Robocop swung around.  Yikes!

You think that looks like the Auto-9 (Robocop’s pistol)? Take a look at the Pindad PS-01.

Thanks to Israel defense companies, friendly paramilitary police units around the world will soon be able to greet you with this little tool, offering array of greeting technologies, such as deafening shrieks, blinding flashes, tear gas grenades or 40mm rubber rounds.
